Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a valid U.S. mailing address
- You were in a previous Mayo Clinic study (IRB #1197-00, 354-06, 355-06, or 19-010791)
- You have at least two blood relatives who had pancreatic cancer, or one blood relative with pancreatic cancer who carries a specific gene change (like BRCA, ATM, or PALB2)
- You are not in prison
- You are of sound mind and able to give your own consent
- You have never had pancreatic cancer yourself
