Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have had pain on the pinky side (ulnar side) of your wrist for at least 3 months.
- A hand surgeon has confirmed the cause of your pain (such as certain fractures, ligament tears, or tendon issues).
- You can understand simple instructions and have a score of 22 or higher on a short memory and thinking test (Montreal Cognitive Assessment).
- You do not have other wrist problems like carpal tunnel syndrome or Dupuytren's disease.
- You have not had hand, wrist, or forearm surgery in the last 6 months, a recent injury in the last 3 months, or current treatment for wrist issues.
