Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You have had wrist pain for at least 6 months.
- You have a specific type of wrist arthritis called SLAC or SNAC (grades 1-3) seen on X-ray.
- You have not had a previous wrist nerve-cutting surgery (neurectomy).
- You do not have rheumatoid arthritis or other inflammatory arthritis.
- You have not received steroid, PRP, or hyaluronic acid injections in the affected wrist in the last 3 months.
