Nerve surgery vs exercise for wrist arthritis

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have had wrist pain for at least 6 months.
  • You have a specific type of wrist arthritis called SLAC or SNAC (grades 1-3) seen on X-ray.
  • You have not had a previous wrist nerve-cutting surgery (neurectomy).
  • You do not have rheumatoid arthritis or other inflammatory arthritis.
  • You have not received steroid, PRP, or hyaluronic acid injections in the affected wrist in the last 3 months.
