  • You are 18 years or older
  • This is your first pregnancy and you have never given birth before
  • You are between 28 and 34 weeks pregnant when the study starts
  • You are planning to have a vaginal birth
  • You can read and speak Turkish
  • You are pregnant with only one baby and do not have any serious pregnancy complications that keep you from light exercise
