Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must do endurance training (like running, cycling, or swimming) for at least 5 hours each week.
  • You must be able to exercise continuously for 3 hours.
  • You cannot be taking any medication for blood sugar, cholesterol, or weight loss.
  • You cannot have heart disease, kidney failure, liver disease, or type 2 diabetes.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
