- You are a male aged 18 to 45
- You train for cycling or a sport that includes cycling at least 3 times per week, with the aim of competing
- Your fitness level (VO2 peak) is above 50 (a measure of how well your body uses oxygen during exercise)
- You have not smoked or vaped in the last 6 months
- You have no metal implants or permanent jewelry that can't be removed
- You do not have any medical conditions or take medications/supplements that could affect the study results
