  • You must be a current employee of Lacor Textil for the entire study.
  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You must be able to attend all study sessions.
  • You should not have a severe muscle or joint condition that makes exercise unsafe.
  • You cannot be pregnant or on temporary sick leave during the study.
  • You must not be receiving physiotherapy at the same time.
