Who can take part

  • You have a diagnosed musculoskeletal disorder (like back pain, arthritis, or fibromyalgia).
  • You are 18 or older.
  • You are working, returning to work, studying, or getting a rehabilitation subsidy.
  • You are willing to take part in the study.
  • For the treatment groups: you are signed up for Kela's in-person or online musculoskeletal rehab.
  • For the control group: you have had muscle or joint symptoms for at least 3 months and previous therapy hasn't helped enough.
