Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with a headache that comes from your neck (cervicogenic headache)
- You get headaches at least 5 days each month
- You have tried medications or physical therapy and they did not help enough
- A nerve block injection in your neck reduced your pain by at least half
