Using scans to predict PSMA therapy response in prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • You are a man 18 years or older with prostate cancer.
  • Your cancer has spread to other parts of your body (metastatic) and is getting worse (rising PSA, new bone lesions, or tumor growth).
  • You are being considered for a treatment called PSMA radioligand therapy (177Lu-PSMA-RLT).
  • You must have at least one tumor that shows high PSMA activity on a PSMA PET/CT scan (stronger than normal liver activity).
  • You are able to start this treatment within 4 weeks of that PSMA PET/CT scan.
  • You are willing to follow all study procedures.
