Who can take part

  • You are a man aged 18 or older with adenocarcinoma (a type of prostate cancer) confirmed by biopsy
  • You have had prior surgery (prostatectomy) or radiation therapy for your original prostate cancer
  • Cancer has spread to a small number of sites (10 or fewer spots total, no brain or liver involvement) that light up on a PSMA PET scan
  • Your cancer is hormone-sensitive (not yet resistant to hormone therapy) and shows early signs of spread (either new metastases or recurrence)
  • You have acceptable blood cell counts, liver, and kidney function; no severe dry mouth condition
  • You can start treatment within 28 days and have a life expectancy of at least 6 months
