  • Diagnosed with Parkinson's for at least 10 years
  • Age between 50 and 80 years old
  • Your Parkinson's symptoms are not well controlled with current treatments
  • You are in Hoehn & Yahr stage 4 or 5 (severe disability) when your medication is not working
  • You do not have dementia or significant memory problems
