Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- Your HbA1c (a measure of your average blood sugar over the past 3 months) is 6.5% or higher.
- You have lived in the local area for at least 6 months.
- You can use a smartphone to take pictures and use WeChat's mini-programs.
- You do not have Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, or diabetes caused by another condition.
- You do not have serious diabetes complications or other major health problems that would make participation difficult.
