Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You are generally healthy or have a mild health condition that still allows surgery (ASA I or II).
  • You have a single upper front tooth (incisor or canine) that needs to be removed and cannot be saved.
  • You have enough bone behind the tooth and in the roof of your mouth to hold the implant right after extraction.
  • You do not smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day, are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have no untreated gum disease or active infection at the tooth site.
