  • You are 18 to 60 years old
  • You have a lower molar (back tooth) that had a root canal and needs a full overlay (covering the whole top of the tooth)
  • You have at least 20 teeth that meet and chew together
  • You keep your mouth and gums clean and healthy
  • You do not grind or clench your teeth
  • You are not pregnant, a heavy smoker, or have serious health problems
