Who can take part
- You are between 7 and 25 years old.
- You had cancer before you turned 18 and are now in complete remission, meaning your intensive treatment ended at least 3 months ago.
- You are being followed at one of the study hospitals for your post-cancer care.
- You have symptoms of anxiety (the study will check this with a short questionnaire).
- You are not currently having thoughts of harming yourself, your cancer has not come back, and you are not pregnant (if applicable).
