Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You are generally healthy with no major medical conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or lung disease.
  • You have no current muscle, bone, or joint injuries.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Your thigh is not larger than 23 inches around, and the skinfold thickness at mid-thigh is less than 40 mm.
