Who can take part

  • You have a brain or spinal cord condition like stroke, multiple sclerosis, or spinal cord injury that causes muscle tightness and pain.
  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have already tried Botox or nerve blocks for this pain and it helped.
  • You have a goal to reduce the pain from muscle tightness (like moving easier or sleeping better).
  • You have not had Botox or a nerve freezing treatment in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have conditions like Raynaud's, cold allergies, bleeding problems, or infection where the treatment would go.
