Who can take part
- You must have had a diagnostic nerve block that reduced your muscle tightness and did not cause unwanted loss of function.
- Your muscle tightness should score 2 or higher on the Modified Ashworth scale (a measure of stiffness).
- You must be able to flick or move your arm or hand at least a little.
- You have not had Botox injections for spasticity in the last 3 months.
- If you take oral medications for spasticity, you must be willing to keep the same dose during the study.
- You can understand and follow instructions in English.
