Who can take part

  • You are 22 years old or older.
  • You typically sleep at least 5 hours each night.
  • You have a sleep study showing a PLMS index of 15 or higher (a measure of leg movements during sleep).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have any skin conditions, tattoos, or devices on your wrist or fingers that would interfere with a smartwatch or smart ring.
  • You are not taking any medications for sleep disorders and have not had treatment for PLMS before.
