Who can take part

  • You have advanced solid tumors like melanoma, head and neck cancer, or liver cancer that standard treatments haven't helped.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be injected and is large enough to measure (at least 1 cm in size).
  • It has been at least 4 weeks since your last cancer treatment and you have recovered from major side effects.
  • Your blood counts, kidney, liver, and clotting functions are within acceptable levels.
  • You do not have serious heart problems, uncontrolled infections, or active autoimmune diseases.
