Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must be living with HIV-1 and have been on the same type of antiretroviral therapy (ART) every day for at least 6 months without missing more than 2 days a month.
- Your viral load (amount of HIV in your blood) must be very low or undetectable for at least 3 months before the study starts.
- Your CD4 cell count (a measure of immune health) must be at least 200 cells per cubic millimeter of blood.
- You must not have any serious infections like hepatitis B or C, certain cancers, mental health issues, or eye problems that could make the study unsafe.
