Who can take part
- You are male, between 45 and 75 years old.
- You have low-risk prostate cancer and are on active surveillance, or are newly diagnosed and qualify for active surveillance.
- Your recent MRI (multiparametric MRI) shows no suspicious areas (PI-RADS score 1 or 2) or stable findings.
- Your prior prostate biopsy showed a low-grade cancer (Grade Group 1 or 2 with very little pattern 4).
- Your PSA (prostate-specific antigen) level is 15 ng/mL or lower, and your PSA density is below 0.15 ng/mL/cc.
- Your cancer is very early stage (T2a or lower) and your life expectancy is more than 10 years.
