  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You can read and understand German well enough to fill out questionnaires and follow instructions.
  • You are willing to attend one study session that takes about 1 hour.
  • You have no current or past brain or mental health conditions (like depression, epilepsy, or dementia).
  • You do not have severe vision or hearing problems that would prevent using VR goggles or headphones.
  • You have never had a bad reaction to virtual reality (like severe motion sickness or dizziness).
