  • You are a woman over 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have finished your main breast cancer treatment (like surgery, radiation, or chemo).
  • Your breast cancer has not come back or spread.
  • You have not had any other cancer except for basal or squamous cell skin cancer.
  • You are willing to share a private email address for study activities.
  • You can read and understand English.
