  • You are a woman aged 18 or older
  • You can read and understand English or Spanish
  • You have been newly diagnosed with stage 0, I, II, or III breast cancer
  • Your diagnosis was made within the past 60 days
  • You are scheduled for breast cancer surgery with a Penn Medicine surgeon
