Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma in the stomach, gastroesophageal junction, or esophagus.
  • Your cancer is locally advanced or has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
  • You are able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0-1).
  • You have not received any systemic treatment (like chemotherapy) for your advanced or metastatic disease.
  • Your tumor is HER2-negative and PD-L1 positive based on local lab tests.
  • Your liver and kidneys are functioning well enough.
