Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You get your pregnancy care at one of the study hospitals (ASSIR Barcelona Nord or Hospital Vall d'Hebron).
  • You face at least one social challenge, such as low income, unemployment, poor nutrition, low education, hard-to-access healthcare, or little support from family or friends.
  • You do not have a medical condition that makes exercise unsafe during pregnancy (like certain heart or lung problems).
  • You can speak Spanish or Catalan.
  • You plan to give birth at one of the study hospitals.
