  • You are a first-year nursing student starting in the 2025-2026 school year.
  • You have never taken any formal class or training on ventrogluteal intramuscular injections (a shot into a specific hip muscle).
  • You agree to participate and sign a consent form.
  • You must not have been in any similar training or simulation program for this injection before.
  • You will need to complete the full education and data collection process.
