Who can take part
- You are a healthy Thai male or female aged 18 to 55.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 30.
- Your lab tests, vital signs, and physical exam are normal.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if female, you are not using hormonal birth control or hormone therapy.
- You agree to use effective birth control (for males) or are not of childbearing potential.
- You have no history of allergies to gemigliptin, dapagliflozin, or metformin.
- You have no serious medical conditions like kidney, liver, heart, or other chronic diseases, and no history of diabetic ketoacidosis, genital infections, or urinary tract infections in the past 14 days.
