Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 90 days before joining.
- Your diabetes is not well controlled by lifestyle changes alone or with your current diabetes pills.
- Your HbA1c (a blood sugar average over 3 months) must be between 7% and 10.5%.
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be 23 or higher at the screening visit.
