- You are 18 years old or older
- You are a patient at Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires
- You have had a swab test for CPE bacteria within the first 5 days of your hospital stay
- You are either newly found to carry CPE (and need contact isolation) or being rechecked to see if you are cleared of CPE
- You may have been transferred from another hospital or hospitalized elsewhere in the past month
