Who can take part
- You must be 70 years old or older.
- You have been diagnosed with early-stage invasive breast cancer (tumor smaller than 2 cm, no spread to lymph nodes or elsewhere).
- Your tumor is hormone receptor positive (ER-positive) and HER2-negative. Lobular cancer (a specific type) is not included.
- The tumor is clearly visible on ultrasound and is at least 5 mm away from the skin, nipple, and chest wall.
- You are willing to follow the study requirements and give written consent.
