Who can take part
- You are a woman who has gone through menopause and is over 60 years old.
- You have early-stage breast cancer that is estrogen receptor positive (ER+) and HER2- negative, with a low or intermediate grade.
- Your tumor is a single small lump (2 cm or smaller) in one breast, clearly visible on ultrasound, and has not spread to lymph nodes or other parts of the body.
- You can speak and understand Dutch well enough to fill out questionnaires.
- You have not had breast cancer before, do not have breast implants, and do not carry a BRCA gene mutation.
