Who can take part
- You have a doctor's diagnosis of fibrosing interstitial lung disease
- You are 18 years or older
- You can ride a stationary bike
- You understand and speak Swedish
- Your oxygen level while resting is 92% or higher
- You have not been hospitalized or had a change in your condition in the last 4 weeks
- You do not use extra oxygen at rest or during exercise
- You do not have heart failure, active heart disease, nerve or muscle disease, severe mental illness, or a smell disorder
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 6 more months
