- You are 55 years of age or older
- You have mild to moderate depression symptoms (score between 1 and 9 on a depression questionnaire)
- You can speak and understand English, Chinese, or Malay
- You are willing to use technologies like phone calls, texts, or WhatsApp
- You are not currently seeing a mental health professional or taking medication for mental health issues
- You do not have severe physical or mental health problems that would make it hard to join
