Who can take part
- You or your child must be 0-5 years old, or you must be 16-60 years old.
- You must live in one of the 30 villages or 15 hospitals involved in the study.
- You must currently have pneumonia or have died from it (for those who passed away, their family can give permission).
- You or your legal guardian must be able to sign a consent form agreeing to join the study.
- Healthy people without pneumonia are not included in this study.
