Who can take part

  • You are a male professional volleyball player between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You have been training regularly with your team for at least 3 months without a break.
  • You have not had surgery or a serious injury to your leg, foot, or hip in the last 6 months.
  • You agree not to do any extra strength or balance exercises during the study.
  • You are able to do a jump test on a special platform.
  • You have no foot or ankle pain, deformity, or chronic problems.
