  • Be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Exercise recreationally at least 3 times per week for 30+ minutes (such as sports, fitness classes, running, or hiking)
  • Not be a professional or amateur competitive athlete
  • Have no current or past injuries to your feet, ankles, knees, hips, or spine
  • Not be pregnant or planning to become pregnant
  • Not have any diagnosed medical conditions, or only take birth control, anxiety, or ADHD medications
