- Healthy Korean or Caucasian men aged 19 to 60
- Weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) and have a BMI between 18.5 and 29.9
- Have a blood test showing a specific protein (amphiregulin) level of 100 pg/mL or higher
- No serious health conditions, allergies to RNA drugs, or recent use of other medications or supplements
- Nonsmoker or quit smoking at least 3 months ago, willing to avoid alcohol, caffeine, and grapefruit during the study
