Acupuncture plus herbal cream vs standard cream for plaque psoriasis

Who can take part

  • You must have plaque psoriasis on your skin, scalp, or nails (not other types like psoriatic arthritis).
  • You must not have used any psoriasis treatment for at least 4 weeks before joining.
  • Your psoriasis should cover 10% or less of your body surface (like less than one arm's worth).
  • Your psoriasis severity score (PASI) must be 10 or less, and your quality-of-life score (DLQI) must be 10 or less.
  • You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or have uncontrolled health issues like heart or liver disease.
  • You cannot be on blood thinners, biologics for psoriasis in the last 6 months, or immunosuppressants.
