  • You are between 3 and 18 years old
  • You have a suspected brain tumor and are scheduled for surgery
  • You have not had a bone marrow transplant or other blood-related procedure that could affect genetic tests
  • You have not received any cancer treatments (chemotherapy, radiation, or targeted therapy) before this surgery
  • You or your guardian must sign a consent form agreeing to participate
