Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 55 years old, healthy, and willing to use birth control.
- Men must weigh at least 110 pounds (50 kg), and women at least 99 pounds (45 kg).
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 19 and 28.
- You must not smoke more than 5 cigarettes a day on average, and cannot smoke during the study.
- You must not have taken any other experimental drugs in the last 3 months.
