Who can take part

  • You are 15 to 18 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 20 and 25.
  • You have been diagnosed with tension-type headache (pressing or tightening feeling on both sides of the head, mild to moderate).
  • You have not had any headache treatment in the last 2 weeks.
  • You do not have nausea or vomiting with your headaches.
  • You have not had a head injury or physical therapy for headaches in the last 6 months.
