Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must have one of four types of advanced cancer: kidney cancer (with a clear cell type), liver cancer, stomach/esophageal cancer, or uterine (endometrial) cancer that has gotten worse after at least two doses of immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 treatment).
- You must have tried standard therapy and it no longer works, or no standard therapy exists for your cancer.
- You must have measurable disease (tumors that can be seen on scans) that hasn't been treated with radiation.
- You must be generally active (ECOG performance status 0-1).
- Your organs (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, heart) must be working well enough based on blood tests and heart function.
