Who can take part

  • You are between 21 and 65 years old.
  • You are just starting a GLP-1 medication (like semaglutide or tirzepatide) for weight loss or diabetes weight management and plan to lose at least 20 pounds.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 24 and 32.
  • You have enough facial fat (your face is not already very hollow) and are willing to get facial filler injections.
  • You have not had any facial cosmetic procedures in the last 2 years (like fillers, fat transfer, or lifts) or certain treatments in the last year or 4 months.
  • You do not have severe acne, psoriasis, or scars on your face, and you are not allergic to calcium hydroxylapatite (Radiesse) or lidocaine.
