Who can take part

  • You have had at least one suicide attempt in your life.
  • The attempt happened when you were older than 12.
  • You are 18 or older, or if you are 12–17 you have a parent's permission.
  • No medical reason that prevents a blood sample being taken.
  • You are able to understand the study and agree to participate.
