Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have stage I to III invasive breast cancer.
  • You are scheduled for surgery at least 3 weeks from now.
  • You have not had any chemotherapy or other treatments before surgery.
  • You do not have any health condition that makes exercise unsafe, like severe heart or lung disease or an active shoulder problem.
