Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older having breast cancer surgery at Hospital Universitari i Politècnic La Fe
- You can understand instructions, complete questionnaires, and sign a consent form
- You do not have a severe pre-existing shoulder or arm condition (such as recent fracture, severe frozen shoulder, or major rotator cuff tear)
- You do not have a serious neurological or muscle disease affecting your arm function
- You are not enrolled in another study that could interfere with this one
- Your surgical team confirms it is medically safe to start rehabilitation exercises in the first weeks after surgery
