Who can take part

  • You are a healthy man between the ages of 19 and 50.
  • Your weight must be between 110 lb and 198 lb, and your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18.5 and 29.9.
  • You must have a specific CYP2C19 gene type (either normal or poor metabolizer) determined by a genetic test.
  • You cannot have any significant medical conditions, including heart, liver, kidney, or stomach issues.
  • You must not smoke, and you must be willing to avoid alcohol, caffeine, and grapefruit for a period before the study.
  • You must agree to use effective contraception and not donate sperm during the study.
